Soothing summer smoothie

Standard

This watermelon smoothie is pretty much guaranteed to hydrate and cool you down! Watermelon, coconut water and mint are all cooling ingredients.

Makes 2 servings

3.5 cups cubed watermelon

2 mint sprigs

Juice from 1 lime

1 cup coconut water

5-10 ice cubes (optional)

Throw into blender and drink it up in the shade!
