Purple Smoothie

Standard

Layer in blender-

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1 scoop good quality vanilla protein powder

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

2 handfuls baby spinach

2/3 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen sliced bananas

Makes one large serving. This smoothie doesn’t need ice and comes together cold and creamy. Mix on a low speed for a few seconds, then liquify.
